N1Time is a phone app for tracking work hours and pay.

How to get in touch

Write to support@nex1on.com. Include the app version (Settings → "About"), your phone model and Android version, and what exactly happened. Please do not send passwords or screenshots with personal data. We reply as we can. Questions about data go to the same address, see the privacy policy.

Common questions

Where is my data stored?

Only on your phone. We have no server and no accounts, so we cannot view or restore your records.

How do I keep my data when I change phones?

Turn on the Google Drive backup: Settings → sign in with Google → "Back up". On the new phone sign in with the same Google account and restore the backup. It is stored in the hidden app folder of your Drive. Receipt photos and the lock code are not included.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → "Clear data" erases everything on the phone. Remove the Drive backup with "Delete backup from Google Drive" or in your Google account (Security → Third-party access → N1Time).

I forgot my lock code.

The code is stored only as a hash and cannot be recovered. If fingerprint or face unlock is on, use it and set a new code. Otherwise uninstall the app and restore your data from the Google Drive backup, if you made one.

Reminders do not arrive.

Check that notifications are allowed for N1Time and that battery settings do not restrict its background activity. For exact reminders Android may ask for the "Alarms & reminders" permission.

How do I export hours for my accountant?

In reports choose the period and tap "Export": CSV and PDF are available. The file goes through the system Share menu; we do not receive it.

The calculation differs from my payslip.

Check your pay card: rate, tax, break, overtime rules and supplements. The app calculates from what you set and does not replace your employer's payroll.

Are there ads?

There are no ads and no analytics in the app.
