Terms of Use

These are the terms of use for the nex1on.com website ("the site"). The site is run by the NEX1ON studio ("we"). By using the site you accept these terms; by registering you confirm that you have read them.

1. What is here

The site is the official site of the NEX1ON engine: releases, pages for modules and themes, news, the support forum, the licence shop, a gallery and polls. All of this can be read without an account.

2. Your account

An account is needed to post on the forum, leave comments, buy licences and download archives under a licence.

• One account per person. When registering, you give a real email address: confirmation, password recovery and licence keys are sent there.
• Your password is your responsibility. Whatever is done under your account is done by you. If you notice someone else signing in, change your password; your profile shows all active sessions, and any you do not recognise can be closed.
• Two-step sign-in can be enabled in your profile. Keep the backup codes somewhere separate.
• An account can be deleted: write to us. Personal data will be erased, and your forum posts will remain anonymised, so that other people's discussions are not broken.

3. What you publish

Forum posts, comments, reviews and attachments are yours. By publishing them here, you allow us to show them on the site, move them between sections and keep them after your account is deleted (without your name).

By publishing, you take responsibility for having the right to do so. You may not publish:

• other people's texts, code and images without the right to them;
• passwords, licence keys, database and server credentials, whether your own or other people's;
• advertising, links to cracked builds of the engine or to other people's paid add-ons;
• descriptions of vulnerabilities with instructions on how to exploit them — report vulnerabilities to support@nex1on.com;
• insults, threats and anything prohibited by law.

4. Moderation

We may move a topic to another section, merge duplicates, remove a post or close an account that breaks the rules. Removed content goes to the bin and is restored if a mistake was made. We notify you by email when an account is closed.

5. Purchases

Engine licences are bought in the site's shop. What a licence gives you, how many domains it covers and what happens with updates is set out in the licence agreement. The key arrives by email; the order and the key are shown in your profile.

6. Site content

The texts, screenshots and descriptions of releases and modules on the site belong to the NEX1ON studio. They may be quoted with a link to the site. Copying the site as a whole or passing its content off as your own is not allowed.

7. Site availability

We try to keep the site up at all times, but we may take it down for maintenance and change its sections. The site is provided as is; we are not liable for interruptions in its operation.

9. Changes

The terms may change; a new version is published here. By continuing to use the site, you accept the new version.
