A small release about keeping data in order: how to delete a person without breaking the site's history, how to keep tags clean, and how to take a log away for analysis.

Permanent deletion without breaking history. Orders, forum posts and the log refer to an account ID for years. Physically deleting the row either hits a foreign key or leaves dangling references. "Delete permanently" now erases access and personal data and turns the record itself into an anonymised stub: old orders and posts stay in place, and the person can no longer be restored.Admin panel
- Tags: rename, merge two tags into one without duplicates, and clean up unused ones.
- Error logs can be downloaded in full for offline analysis, and old ones can be deleted.
- Redirects can now be edited, not just created and deleted.
- Polls and banners go to the shared bin and can be restored from it.
- The panel font is now a setting of its own.
- All module sections open at the panel address set by the owner and enforce the IP access check.
Fixed
- Polls and Banners failed to install: the bin migration added the same index twice, and MySQL rejected it entirely.
- The tag list in the panel was always empty because of a query error.
- Eight actions were written to the change log as internal codes instead of words.
- The Visits section stayed at the old panel address without the IP check.
